Abstract

Pinellia ternata, as a toxic traditional Chinese medicine, contains various active ingredients such as alkaloids, which can inhibit oxidative stress mechanisms. The experiment used zebrafish models to study the changes and effects of oxidative stress levels in organisms, and explored the mechanism of Pinellia ternata in inhibiting oxidative stress, laying the foundation for the development of antioxidants using Pinellia ternata as raw material.

Keywords: Pinellia ternata, oxidative stress, zebrafish model, fluorescent probe
