About the Journal
South Asian Research Journal of Natural Products aims to publish high-quality papers (Click here for Types of paper) covering all aspects of research of naturally occurring compounds or the biology of living systems from which they are obtained. It covers:
-Chemistry of natural products;
-Isolation, purification, structure elucidation, synthesis and bioactivity of chemical compounds found in nature
-Biochemistry, physiology, cell structures
-Action of chemicals, drugs, or natural products on the structure or function of animal (including human)
-Pharmacology, toxicology of plants and their active principles, -Botanical anatomy; cultivation of medicinal plants.
-Medical applications and Clinical studies
-Efficiency of traditional medicinal practice/ethnoveterinary
-Antimicrobial, antiviral, antiparasitic activities
-Plant-derived drugs and ethnomedicines
-Pharmaceutical formulations and evaluation
-Secondary metabolites of microorganisms, including antibiotics and mycotoxins;
-Physiologically active compounds from terrestrial and marine plants and animals;
-Biochemical studies, including biosynthesis and microbiological transformations;
-Fermentation and plant tissue culture;
-Environmental impact and risk assessment, etc.
This journal facilitates the research and wishes to publish papers as long as they are technically correct, scientifically motivated. The journal also encourages the submission of useful reports of negative results. This is a quality controlled, OPEN peer-reviewed, open access INTERNATIONAL journal.
Every volume of this journal will consist of 4 issues. Every issue will consist of minimum 5 papers. Each issue will be running issue and all officially accepted manuscripts will be immediately published online. State-of-the-art running issue concept gives authors the benefit of 'Zero Waiting Time' for the officially accepted manuscripts to be published. This journal is an international journal and scope is not confined by the boundary of any country or region.
